Thomas Cohen, Owner and Lead Designer
Tom founded T-square Design Consultants in 1999 after working as Assistant VP of Store Design & Construction at Lancôme (L'Oreal). Prior to that Tom was a designer at HTI International and at Deskey Associates. He has a Masters of Industrial Design from Pratt Institute and a BA in Industrial Psychology from Tufts University. Trained as an industrial designer, Tom has worked on a wide variety of retail projects including store design for luxury goods, premium brand cosmetics and fragrance companies. He has also developed mass market display systems and on counter tester units.

Sharon Sawyer, Senior Project Manager
Sharon joined T-square Design Consultants in 2004. Her responsibilities include client service, as well as management of project details, communication and schedules between the client, retailer and fixture contractors. Trained as an industrial and graphic designer, Sharon's career began developing public spaces and fixtures for real estate developers in NYC. She shifted to a marketing career where she worked for 20+ years as Director of Marketing/Sales Promotion for companies such as UDV/Diageo, Alcone Marketing and The Towers Group. She also was co-owner of a promotion agency, Sawyer/Scott, Inc, for 5 years.

Elisa Singer, Finance
Elisa is responsible for TDC's overall financial management. She coordinates directly with clients, vendors, consultants and service providers to ensure efficient project management.
